Company Profile - HAGIHARA MERIYASU Co.,ltd - Hagihara meriyasu is a knitting manufacturer (company) which develops the original creation by an innovative idea and new technique in Wakayama, where is one of the centers of knitting industry.In the 1990s, we turned their eyes to the new materials such as the organic cotton and the hemp quickly, and worked on the development of fabric ahead of the times.Akifumi Hagihara who runs this company was a forerunner to develop the new materials as the organic cotton and the hemp ahead of the times.He manufactured in his house the jacquard knitting machine which there are only two in the world.He developed the fabrics for the famous domestic /oversea brands. His fields of development are not only the fashion, but also the high-techmaterials.
